1 cup almonds( soaked )
1/2 tsp Ghee
2 tsp Oil
salt to taste
oil for greasing and cooking
Peel the soaked almonds, and blend them in a mixer to a smooth mixture without using water.
Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the ghee and salt and mix well to make a dough without water.
Grease the rolling board with oil, put a portion of the dough and pat it to make a 100 mm. (4”) diameter circle without using any flour.
Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook the bhakri using less oil till it turns golden brown in color from both the sides.
